Enter time spent for tasks and provide comments for the performed work. Edit time-track data of another user by selecting him/her in the drop-down menu on the page. Register time offs and sick leaves along with hours worked. Keep track of overtime hours. Create a new user and grant a set of rights defining the user's permission to access actiTIME interfaces and data. Click on user name and edit a number of user settings such as: contact information, workday duration, hourly rates, and assigned projects. Disable or delete users who no longer work in your company. Create a new task for the particular project, add description, deadline, billing type and time estimates. Review task parameters along with reported time & user comments. Group tasks by Customer/Project name, deadline and last tracking date. Filter tasks by first letters of the task name. Assign projects to users and restrict others from seeing the projects not assigned to them. Project can be assigned to a group of people at once while editing project parameters as well as individually when managing user accounts. Protect reported time from modifications by locking the selected time periods for the selected users. Unlock the data for any date/user when you need to make corrections. Review time-tracking details by clicking on a user name such as time spent on individual tasks, user comments, reported leave and overtime. Configure report parameters and save them for future use. Load saved report configuration any time you need. Review the report in HTML, CSV or printed format. Decide on the details to include into your report: choose the staff, group data, select Customers/Projects and the date range to report on, show overtime & leave time info, add average rates and more. Run Time-Track in Detail Report to improve your team performance. Get detailed time-track data grouped by customers, projects, tasks, dates, billing types and users. Optionally you can add comments, save report configuration for future use, and review full data in HTML, CSV and printed versions. Review costs calculated on the base of reported working time within the specified date range. Optionally see user rates, average rates and overall costs for the work performed. Get general costs, independent of the selected Customers and Projects such as Leave Time and Overtime. Preview project revenue in the Billing Report. Analyze billable amounts calculated on the basis of the reported time and assigned billing rates for tasks. While configuring Billing Report decide whether to include billable or non-billable amounts to the report and if to count all time reported for tasks within a date range or only the time reported for tasks completed within a date range. Create an invoice in PDF on the base of billable information shown in the Billing Report. Group data to be shown in the invoice. All information shown in the invoice is editable except for auto-calculated amounts. It is possible to add and delete lines with taxes and discounts as well as provide additional information or leave comments for the invoice. Improve planning by comparing task estimates with actual time reported as of current date. Variance value (positive or negative) will show if you fit in time budget. As in other reports you can group data by Project and Task names to make the report on the same project and task type for different clients (e.g., task "Marketing Analysis" for Customer A and Customer B). Get a detailed picture of overtime/undertime using Overtime report. See total and day by day information on time spent by users including working and leave time. Allow users manually report their overwork hours or get it registered automatically and make it either visible or hidden from users. Use leave types to specify leave time and run Leave Time Report to review the collected info. Run report on overall time tracked for the selected leave types within the specified date range. You can review data for all users at once or individually for each user. |
